Introduction

This petroleum wax oil content test instrument is suitable for detecting the oil content of petroleum wax. The congealing point of the wax should be above 30℃, and the oil content should not exceed 15%. For some waxes with an oil content greater than 5%,if they cannot be completely dissolved and layered in methyl ethyl ketone, the instrument should not be used.

Characteristic

1.The petroleum wax oil content test instrument is split type and easy to operate;
2.Stainless steel bath and heater;
3.Fully enclosed compressor refrigeration;
4.The glass filter meets the standard requirements, with the aperture of 10-15 μ m. 10mm in diameter;
5.Imported PID temperature controller, digital display temperature, accuracy 0.1 ºC;
6. Metal thermostatic bath, no need to add heat conduction medium;
7. The petroleum wax oil content test instrument ncludes a hot dilution bath, a test low-temperature bath and an evaporation box;
8. The flowmeter regulates the nozzle pressure, 2 ~ 3L/min;
9.The evaporation box can be observed transparently, and the hot air tunnel structure can improve the service life of instrument;
10.There are four cold bath holes on the cold bath, 25.4mm
